Just like your body, your skin regenerates in your sleep. So you want it to be clean of makeup, sweat, dirt and pollution. Before you go to bed, wash your face with warm water to open pores and loosen debris, then work your cleanser with gentle circular motions of your fingertips into your skin (don't forget the sides of your face and neck).
