For the best ways to keep your skin hydrated in these (finally) soaring temperatures, check out some of my favorite products:

The Prevention+ Ultimate Daily Moisturizer offers superior sun protection with broad spectrum SPF 50 along with a blend of plant stem cells and potent antioxidants to protect skin. A dose of aqualance improves skin hydration. It goes on smoothly and sheer and is designed and feels like a moisturizer, not "sunscreen".  I love the protection and hydration it provides my skin with all day long.

The Hydrating Hydrogel Sheet Mask from Image Skincare is an absolute summer must. There is no better feeling than that of your skin soaking up the hydration this mask provides. And it shows. I love this mask a...

It Happens By Appointment. Nothing will transform your skin like regular facials. When professional treatments and products, the benefits of facial massages, de-stressing your skin and relaxation of mind and body go hand in hand with the power of the human touch, the results will show on your skin. Invest in regular facials. Your face is the first thing people see. 💆💆‍♂️

In a time when human interactions are increasingly being replaced by apps, we often forget that the human touch can be powerful. Gentle stroking as performed in facial massage releases oxytocin which lowers cortisol, the stress hormone. But a facial massage does more: it helps loosen up tense facial muscles that harbor wrinkles. It increases circulation and oxygen flow to the face which increases collagen production for a healthy glow to the complexion. And facial massage helps products absorb better. So do your skin good and feel good with a facial. 😊💆

Why? In the process of skin regeneration, skin cells move to the topmost layer of the skin and die off. Their accumulation leads to dull looking skin and clogged pores. Exfoliation helps the natural shedding process, and there are different ways to do that: physical or chemical. Physical exfoliation includes anything from using a wash cloth, brush (manual or electric) to scrubs and microdermabrasion. These physically remove dead skin cells in varying strength. Chemical exfoliation can be done with enzymes (think pineapple, pumpkin, papaya, ...), or Alpha - or Beta-Hydroxy-Acids (think glycolic, lactic, salicylic, ...). These dissolve the glue in between the dead cells, or help dissolve the keratin altogether. These can range fro...

Meet the new Skinvigoration Facial! Pepperberry extract, jojoba beads and hyaluronic acid will leave your skin glowing, firmed and plumped. Phyto-endorphins stimulate the skin's well being and defend the skin against the effects of stress - a major contributor to aging. Happy skin for sure! I like to pair it with the Signature Lift Peel for a deeper exfoliation. This light lunchtime peel is suitable for all skin types, even sensitive skin.

Exfoliation, detoxification, hydration, oxygenation, free-radical fighting anti-oxidants, phyto-endorphins and relaxation - this facial has it all.

Just like your body, your skin regenerates in your sleep. So you want it to be clean of makeup, sweat, dirt and pollution. Before you go to bed, wash your face with warm water to open pores and loosen debris, then work your cleanser with gentle circular motions of your fingertips into your skin (don't forget the sides of your face and neck). Rinse the cleanser off completely and pat your face gently dry with a towel. Make this your evening ritual and save your face wipes for after gym workouts. Your future self will thank you. 💦☺️💦
